Protein Pancakes

The secret ingredient…cottage cheese! This recipe is protein-packed without compromising flavor. High-protein breakfasts are essential for stabilizing blood sugars and balancing hormones.

You can use this recipe for pancakes or in a waffle iron!


Ingredients

1 Cup Rolled Oats

½ Cup Cottage Cheese

2 Eggs

1 Tbsp Vanilla

Optional

Strawberries 

Yogurt 

Walnuts

Maple Syrup


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. 

  2. Heat pan over medium heat. Spray with avocado oil or melt a little bit of ghee. 

  3. Place batter onto the heated pan. Flip after 3-4 minutes or when the pancake looks slightly firm. 

  4. Remove when both sides are golden brown. 

  5. Optional: Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
